These figures are based on Statistical Reports provided by 232 of the 237 federal institutions subject to the Privacy Act during the period for which the statistical information is reported2. Five institutions, International Centre for Human Rights and Democratic Development, Marine Atlantic Inc, Northwest Territories Water Board, Nunavut Surface Rights Board and Ridley Terminals Inc. did not submit Statistical Reports.
