The Tribunal is composed of a Chairperson, a Vice-chairperson and not less than two or more than four other full-time or part-time members. The Chairperson is the Chief Executive Officer of the Tribunal and is accountable for the management of the staff and supervision of the work of the Tribunal. The Tribunal's Executive Director and General Counsel is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Tribunal. A small staff of legal, research, communications, and administrative specialists provide support. The Tribunal's offices are in the National Capital Region.
