Adjudication Files
Description: Case files related to the processing of applications and complaints filed by artists, artists' associations and producers with the Tribunal pursuant to the Status of the Artist Act.
Document Types: Applications for certification, determination/declaration, review, consent to prosecute, and judicial review, as well as complaints, notices to bargain and scale agreements; public notices, evidence, exhibits, submissions, transcripts of hearing proceedings, Tribunal decisions, and notices of proceedings before higher courts.
Access: Files are arranged by case file, coded numerically according to the year of application.
Format: Mostly paper, but the possibility exists of audiotape, videotape, photographs, etc., being submitted or used in processing an application.

Reports and Bulletins
Description: Monthly news analysis reports for members and staff, covering relevant developments in labour relations, cultural industries, copyright, broadcasting, and new media; occasional information bulletins for public release, reporting on the Tribunal's adjudicative and other activities.
Document Types: Analysis of developments in labour relations and cultural industries, decisions issued by the Tribunal, developments at the Tribunal, and matters of interest to parties bargaining under the Status of the Artist Act.
