General Information
Background
Canada Eldor Inc. (the Corporation) is incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canada Development Investment Corporation.
The Corporation is managed by its Board of Directors which through its parent company, Canada Development Investment Corporation, reports to Parliament through the Minister of Finance.
During 2007, the Corporation did not borrow from the Government nor did it receive any appropriations.
