CHHC's responsibilities are to maximize shareholder value through the exploration, development, production and marketing of crude oil from the Hibernia Development Project.

CHHC is staffed with one full time employee and four part time employees, however, all employee information, of any kind, is administered and held confidentially at CDIC's offices. CHHC does not maintain any personnel files in its office.
