Board of Directors

CHHC's Board of Directors comprises the Chairperson and four private sector Directors, along with the CHHC President/CEO. The Board of Directors directs the management and implementation of CHHC's mandate and corporate governance is dealt with by the entire Board. The only board committee is the Audit Committee.

President and Chief Executive Officer

The President and Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall management of the corporation, strategic planning, and liaising with the Board of Directors.

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

The Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Corporation.

Controller
The Controller, reporting to the President, is responsible for providing overall financial services for the internal financial functions of the Corporation and statutory financial reporting requirements.
